Whether you’re located in Coeur D’ Alene, Post Falls, Rathdrum, and even Sandpoint, Idaho our Yoga studio is created for you. Our yoga instructors are professionally trained and educated to help with your healing and movement in your body. Hayden Yoga & Massage offers a variety of classes and each teacher specializes in their own techniques.

Yin Yoga with Sarah Digre. Yin is a slow-paced and gentle style of yoga that works with very basic postures to increase mobility and hydrate the body's extensive fascial network. It can also make space for the practitioner to enter into a deeply meditative internal space.

Wednesday

All Level Vinyasa with Mary. An energetic practice that links each breath with every movement, allowing your practice to become a full body meditation. Strength building poses with emphasis on breath and body awareness.

Living Healed and Whole with Nissa. Step away from the traditional yoga practice with Nissa's unique perspective on movement and brain patterning. Start each class by pulling an intuitive card and discussing what it means to you and then move into intelligently designed sequences of movement that will bring your attention to the forefront of your existence.

Yin/Yang with Kady. This class combines the benefits of passive yin yoga poses with more dynamic yang yoga sequences and standing postures. Yin yoga poses are held for longer to work on the connective tissues and joins. Yang yoga is more active and works on the muscles and blood flow.

Thursday

Yoga for healing (by donation) with Susan. An offering that is simply for the community. Come to a shared space and move in an intentional way as a gift from us to you. Arrive at 10:30 if you want to drink some tea and socialize before class.

Hatha Yoga with Julia. This class focusses on posture and breathing techniques to channel vital energy sources. In Sanskrit, Hatha translates to force. The practice involves breath, body and mind.

All Level Vinyasa with Sarah Scott. Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that involves moving through a series of poses in a flowing sequence that is synchronized with the breath. Each breath usually leads you into a new posture, causing you to flow mindfully through movements at a slightly faster pace than other classes.

Saturday

All Level Hatha with rotating teachers. Hatha yoga focuses on posture and breathing techniques to channel vital energy sources. This practice brings you mindfully in a pose and has you stay to explore that pose for 3-5 rounds of breath, noticing every single detail about the posture and the body sensations.

Sunday

Yin Yoga with Sarah Digre. Yin is a slow-paced and gentle style of yoga that works with very basic postures to increase mobility and hydrate the body's extensive fascial network. It can also make space for the practitioner to enter into a deeply meditative internal space.

Third Saturday

Every Third Saturday with rotating musical instructors. Come to our Third Saturday community sound bath and make yourself cozy while our facilitator plays highly vibrational instruments that resonate throughout your body.
