  • How long does it take to verify?

    3-5 days for our specialist to contact insurance, you can also contact your insurance specialist directly to verify your insurance. 

    Reguardless of who verifies your insurance we can only inform with what information is provided by your insurance. We cannot guarentee payment by your insurance until your insurance actually pays. You may be responsible for treatment coverage .

  • Do I need a referral?

    This is dependent on your specific insurance. In some cases, a referral is required. Please consult with the billing specialist

  • Can I contact your billing specialist directly?

    Yes! Her email is billing@haydenyoga.com and email is the best way to contact her.

  • How long of a session can I have with insurance, can I pay for extra time?

    60 minutes is usually the amount of time covered by insurance. You can add extra time for $1.50 per minute. 75min is and extra 22.50, 90 minutes is $45, 2hr $90

  • Can I have Insurance for Yoga

    Silver and Fit provides Insurance coverage for yoga classes. We also have yoga scholarships that you can apply for, inquire at the front desk to apply. 

  • Do we take HSA or FSA

    Yes. This is a great way to cover your medically necissary bodywork as well as upgrade treatments to hotstone, Ashi, Cupping and more. 

  • Does it matter what provider I see

    All of our providers are either insured directly or covered under an umbrella, you can choose to see any therapist.

  • How many massages do I get per year from insurance?

    Every plan is different, you can call your insurance or have us check your benefits  

  • Do you offer couples massages?

    We do not offer couples massages normally but we will sometimes do specials around the holidays and offer couples massages 

  • How far out should I book out my massage?

    Consult with your massage therapist to see how far booked out they are. Usually, three appointments booked will help you get the times and days you prefer

  • Which insurance companies do you work with?

  • How much do I need to pay upfront if my insurance benefits are still awaiting review from the billing specialist?

    If still awaiting review, $70 will be paid upfront at the time of service. This will be collected as an account credit and returned through copays, coinsurance, or a refund if no copay exists. This helps keep up with payments in the case that the deductible has not yet been met. If you do not wish to pay upfront please wait to schedule until your claim has been reviewed.

Most auto accident and worker's compensation claims cover massage therapy. We work directly with your claim adjuster or lawyer. This reduces stress and paperwork. All you need to do is show up to appointments where our therapists focus on your specific injuries to promote a speedy recovery and reduce secondary injury..

Insurance Terms: 
Copay: The members amount to pay for services at the time of visit.
Deductible: An allotted amount that may need to be met before insurance will pay for services. Sometimes the rehabilitation benefit is not subject to deductible.
Coinsurance: Once the deductible is met, the member may only be responsible for a percentage of the cost instead of copay and no longer subject to the deductible.
Out of Pocket Amount: Once the deductible and out of pocket are met, insurance covers at 100%.
