Seth and Alesha Blackwolf | Valentine Dreamtime Sound Journey

Come to rest, relax, get away on an internal vacation with this special Valentine Sound Journey!! This is not couple oriented. So come with or without a honey. đŸ˜‰ ♥

Experience the power of Sound: The sound healing techniques we use with a variety of instruments activate each chakra, massage your subtle bodies, and are designed to resonate with the higher frequencies of consciousness as you are guided to an inner journey to amplify the vision of life in a wider scape.

Our meditations often use the technique of Yoga Nidra which means yogic sleep. A state of conscious deep sleep for extreme relaxation and subtler spiritual exploration. It is a unique marriage of science and spirit, taking your brain to the alpha state and eventually the even deeper theta wave state. It is used in helping prevent illness, retard premature aging, reduce stress, induce more restful sleep, boost the immune system, and promote healing.

We include extra treats in these Semi-Private Sessions! Shamanic Reiki/ aka Healing Touch Energy Movement, Aromatherapy, Warm Herbal Neck Pillows, Eye Pillows, Candles, Tea & Treats. Sound good?

Cost: $40 Pre-payment is required to hold your spot in this limited session. Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to a friend or gifted to someone in need if you can’t make it.

When: Saturday, February 22nd, 6-7:30pm (doors will be locked at 6:10pm to contain the meditation space)

Grab a ticket right on this event page or call the studio directly at 208-696-1330 to reserve and pay for your spot, or stop in to make cash payment!

Jessica Richmond | Prenatal Yoga - Conception to Post Partum

6weeks together touching in on all things pregnancy, body, emotions, healing, energy, connection, bonds, community, motherhood, parenting & postpartum.

I am an intuitive teacher and a trained doula who has taught for 10+ years locally and is dedicated to creating a very intimate experience for women to come home to. I keep class sizes small on purpose and with that space will be limited.

I am dedicated to supporting the postpartum time over all else as this is when I personally fell apart. I will offer an abundance of techniques & tools used for life, labor, birth and beyond – no two classes are ever the same.

A wealth of knowledge and wisdom is housed in my cells. I personally have experienced polar opposite birth and postpartum times between my two children. My intention is to fill you up – to connect you with your inner self, activate an embodied practice and allow you to experience this magical time supported by other women creating life. Transforming from maiden to mother. The art of surrender holds the hand of the birthing woman. Walking thru that rite of passage with intention & grace.

Class space is limited – to register for this special series email: souloneyoga@gmail.com to save your place in this next 6wk journey.

Hazeltree Midwifery & Homestead Mama | Postpartum Mood Disorder Workshop

HazelTree Midwifery & Homestead Mama Birth Services have teamed up to bring the North Idaho Community an amazing recurring class on Postpartum Mood Disorders. This group is facilitated by Bekah Saunders, a Doula who is passionate about educating families about Postpartum Mood Disorders and how to prepare for the postpartum period. You will walk away from this evening with information, resources, and support from women & men who have been through Postpartum Mood Disorders before. We will discuss things like Postpartum Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Psychosis, & how to prepare yourself, your marriage, and your household for the postpartum stage.

The public is welcome, you do not need to be a client of HazelTree Midwifery to attend! We also encourage men to attend, as 1 in 10 new fathers will experience PPMD symptoms, and are often the first ones to notice a change in their partner.

Lap babies are welcome.

Please RSVP by clicking “GOING” on the event page or reaching out to Bekah Saunders 425-306-7767 so we know how many people to prepare for!

In 2020 we will be hosting this event every month, however the location will change every other month!! Please pay close attention to which location you would like to attend!
