Covid 19 Updates

COVID FAQ:

We have followed guidelines through the stages of Governor Brad Little’s “Rebound Idaho: Stages of Reopening” plan.

We are in Stage 2. View the Stage 2 order here.

If any member of staff or client is feeling unwell for any reason they are expected to stay home. If you have been feeling sick or around anyone feeling unwell please quarantine yourself for 14 days before entering our studio.

Although we are taking many precautions; the reality is while there may be ways to make our practice safer, there is no known way to eliminate the risk of transmission and infection. There simply is no risk-free environment in which to conduct business today. We have decided to do our best to maintain effective sanitation protocols but understand you are exposing yourself and potentially others every time you choose to meet in a public space.

Should you wear a mask?

Clients and students are not required to wear a mask.
In General Masks are used during massage sessions and situations requiring less than 6 ft distance.
Masks are usually not used during yoga classes and when distances more than 6 ft is possible.

All staff have masks available to them at all times. If you would prefer staff to wear a mask while interacting with you just ask.  If a staff or client in the studio can communicate at a safe distance, masks will be saved for close distance communication. If staff members and clients are experiencing allergies or a potential reason for potential spray at close distance that are not illness induced they may wear a mask to keep others safe. Mask wearing is at staff members and clients discretion. If you see someone wearing a mask it is assumed they are not ill and have deemed it the best choice based on their personal situation.

Yoga classes are available online via Zoom as well as in the studio.

Our space is intentionally small for a personal experience. This is great as a class environment but is not conducive to social distancing.

"In person" studio classes are limited to 6-7 students. To ensure your space pre-register here.

All classes are available online via Zoom.

Special workshops and hosted events are limited to 10 including the instructors.

Students are suggested to bring their own props and yoga equipment. If you don’t have your own equipment we have equipment you can use or buy for the duration of Covid procedures to limit cross contamination. Cleaner and disinfectant are available and the studio is cleaned between classes as usual with a heightened level or disinfection of all services.

Hosted by Quinn Wolfert Oct 21st, December 2nd 11:30am-4:30pm Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology. These workshops are limited to 25 participants, and Instructors often choose to keep them much smaller. The intimate quality allows for ample personal attention, and feedback tailored to your specific situation. Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about— a WHM workshop offers something for everyone. The program generally kicks off with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method, and always includes a breathing session and an (optional) ice bath. At the end there is ample room for reflection, and the Instructor is there to answer questions throughout the workshop. Instructors have their own specializations, and there is some variation across the individual workshops. A detailed overview of the day is sent out upon registration. If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, we recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the workshop. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm. Who is this workshop for? This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method. Quinn Wolfert is certified by Innerfire as a Wim Hof Method Instructor. See https://www.wimhofmethod.com/instructors/quinnwolfert General Admission $129 Group (3+) $109 per person
