Slow, quiet, and purposeful Yin yoga serves to create space in the body and the mind as you actively pursue your limits while performing a stretching asana, self-myofascial release, and breathwork. This class will challenge your range of motion and any stale energy. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing time to connect with your breathe while exploring your body and mind.

GENTLE YOGA

This class is great for the prenatal, postpartum and aging or injured body.
Gentle movements to explore mobility, reduce pain and massage circulation into tight or limited spaces. A yoga flow designed to be extra gentle using props and modifications as necessary. It is a class focused highly on alignment in each pose and mindful movement in between. These elements are the key to a productive, fun and fulfilling practice. Slowing down is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety.

Anusara Elements

Anusara Elements is an alignment-based practice that focuses on strongly held postures, rather than a yoga flow.  The practice centers itself on the 5 Universal Principals of Alignment to encourage safety and integration within the body.  Each class introduces a unique heart-opening theme, creating a practice that is both spiritual and physical, connecting both the mind and the body.   The classes are generally sequenced to reach an apex posture and are designed for students of all levels and abilities.
