A class designed to help you unwind and release and get back into your body. By practicing deep twists, prolonged hip releases and breath work, you are able to detoxify from the inside-out. All levels welcome.

Warm Flow 75 Minutes

An energizing and rejuvenating Hatha/Vinyasa flow designed to help you connect deeper while giving your mind and body a challenge. Taught in a warm studio to aid you in letting go of all that doesn’t serve you. All levels welcome.

Hatha 75 Minutes

A balanced approach to yoga, devoting equal attention to strength and flexibility. Taking time to hold each pose for 3-5 breath cycles will naturally bring awareness to the body and quiet the mind. All levels welcome.

Yin 75 Minutes

Slow, quiet, and purposeful Yin yoga serves to create space in the body and the mind as you actively pursue your limits while performing a stretching asana, self-myofascial release, and breathwork. This class will challenge your range of motion and any stale energy. All levels welcome.

Power Flow 60 Minutes

A Vinyasa style flow taught with emphasis on connecting breath to movement. By teaching movement to breath awareness, this power flow works to grow your level of physical fitness- including flexibility, strength, balance and mental awareness. Intermediate to Advanced levels recommended.

Family Yoga 60 Minutes

A Hatha style class designed specifically for the whole family. By taking time to focus on each pose for 3-5 breath cycles, natural body awareness develops – a wonderful skill to teach your children as they grow and change. Age range 8 and up based on behavior.

Yoga With Essential Oils 75 Minutes

This Hatha style yoga class moves through a flow while incorporating Essential Oils during different parts of the practice to deepen the mind-body connection experience. Essential oils, like yoga, have been used for thousands of years to support relaxation, balance the mind and body, and lift the spirit. While only the purest oils will be applied, we don’t recommended this class for those sensitive to scents. All levels welcome.

Functional Yoga 75 Minutes

This Therapeutic yoga style is designed to build stability and strength by allowing time to heal. This style supports the body as it is today and teaches us to honor it in whatever that may be. The slow pace and ‘yoga as therapy’ approach helps to disarm the nervous system and encourage neuromuscular retraining meaning that the body is intended to fully relax while strengthening any weakness. Props, modifications and dialogue from the instructor will be provided to attain personalized solutions for you. All levels welcome. Deep Roots Yoga 75 Minutes

Deep Roots Yoga is Hatha Yoga with Vinyasa Krama. Hatha Yoga is a muscularly involved practice that gently enlivens while strengthening and Vinyasa Krama, literally translated means wise progression. Sequences are very intentionally laid out to target certain areas of the body and certain vibrations of the electromagnetic charge. A flow full of intention to bring strength, focus and energy to every movement. All levels welcome.

Yin Yang Yoga 60 Minutes

A class designed to be a balancing blend of warming postures followed by cooling, passive holds with the purpose of balanced movement, pause and breathing. Each class is different but always set with the intention of opening connective tissues and joints in the body. This morning class allows extra time and focus for connection with self. All levels welcome.

Meditation and Pranayama (Breathing) 30 Minutes

This class goes over various methods of meditation and breathwork to help improve concentration and self awareness while providing exercises to help with both. The benefits of breathwork are many with some being reduced stress and enhanced oxygen flow to the mind and body. Try this mini-class to aid the rest of your yoga practice. All levels welcome.

Gentle Yoga 60 Minutes

A yoga flow designed to be extra gentle using props and modifications as necessary. It is a class focused highly on alignment in each pose and mindful movement in between. These elements are the key to a productive, fun and fulfilling practice. All levels welcome.

Prenatal Yoga Balance to Birth 60 Minutes

Prenatal Yoga uses gentle postures, movement and breathing to help ease common pregnancy pains and prepare for labor and birth. This class will create focus, build strength and provide time for relaxation and reflection. This is a time for mama’s to be to work on creating awareness by aligning their mind and body with their growing baby in a safe, peaceful and supportive environment. You will learn relaxation, breathing and stretching tools that can be used in the birthing space. Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way for expectant mothers to connect with other moms in the community while supportively exploring their internal wisdom through the ever-changing pregnancy journey. Appropriate for both new and experienced yoga students.

Candlelight Yoga 60 Minutes

A gentler version of traditional Hatha yoga classes with dimmed lights and candlelight  to set the stage for this calming and grounding practice. By using certain Hatha postures that focus more on relaxation and restoration, this practice aids in centering and preparing for the week ahead. All levels welcome.

Youth Yoga 60 Minutes

Yoga with Tots 60 Minutes

A Hatha style class designed for parent and child. Breath, move, and have some fun with your little one. Enjoy moving together and letting them join you on the mat. Ages 2-6.
